Spring has sprung! At least I think it has, not a hundred percent sure, it has tricked me before. However, today was very nice, went and spent some time driving around enjoying the blooms and the warmth. Even stopped by a few waterfalls to enjoy the natural beauty. Overall a much nicer day than the rainy last few days. It was not tropical warm but warm enough to be outside enjoying the sunshine. Still a bit chilly but much better, definitely a warming trend. I at least sincerely hope so! I think I mentioned it before but if I hadn’t, I am tired of the cold. Today brought some hope for spring.

Talking about the blooms, I ended up driving around a few areas and even went looking for a park by the name of the blossoms I was looking for. The park was named that, but I am really not sure why it was named after the blossoms, there weren’t any trees there. Yep, that’s what I thought too. Went for a nice walk after I got home, wandered around a bit, but by then it was kind of cold so didn’t walk for long.

Getting back to the waterfalls. Those things are always beautiful, majestic in a way. Even the small ones are that way if you sit down and just observe them for a bit. Listening to the water thunder down is soothing in a way. The mountains around you and the spray softly soaking you, it all just makes for a peaceful time. When you get back home and get ready for Monday is when things get hectic again. I know we still have Sunday to go through but it just feels like Monday is right around the corner, even on Saturday. You know. I think everybody could use a vacation from Monday, maybe allow it to take a week off or something.
